Neeldhara Misra fd8bbe16e6 Add netlify.toml, disable JS/CSS post-processing 
Netlify's asset post-processing was re-minifying Vite's output
and causing esbuild syntax errors. Disable it since Astro/Vite
already handles bundling and minification.
